All invoices are sent on a monthly basis, all our services are billable in 15-minute increments, and nearly all our projects are “time and materials” based so you only pay for the time we actually spend working on your project. Project estimates are provided before the start of each project and we strive to complete all projects within the initial estimate. If a project looks as if it may exceed the initial estimate, you are notified immediately of the cause and possible solutions. In cases where you request additional items that are out of scope, a Budgetary Change Order will be produced for client approval before continuing with the additional work.
